Rocket is a real company with 25+ employees, but we're also a startup; we don't have the luxury at Rocket Shipping to be a blank slate and let people figure out who they are and what motivates them in a sales position.  

A big org hires a thousand sellers, and the cream rises to the top with the people motivated and dead set on what they want. The ones who succeed are the ones willing to learn and refine their skills in their profession.

Identifying the people who are already there is an important step - the harsh reality is we don't have time to wait. Give the right people the right circumstances to set your company and your new hires up for success. 

It's not that you have to be there - you don't have to have all the skills. It's about MINDSET, knowing what motivates you. 

And that's an important question for anybody just in life, in sales too.
